Friendly Rentals is a company specialized in vacation rentals. We have been working with this company since July 2014. When we first started to manage the Friendly Rentals social media, the company had a Facebook page with about 3000 fans where publications in English and Spanish were alternating. Now, one year and three months later, we are using Facebook’s Global Pages in five different languages (according to the main markets for Friendly Rentals) and more than 22K Facebook fans.
Wittyorange creates the content in all languages and for all social networks (Facebook, Twitter in two languages, Pinterest, and Instagram).

One of the great assets B2C companies have are the real stories of their customers, particularly companies in the travel business, because the product turns into an experience and future memories.
That is why our content strategy for Friendly Rentals was based on the value and the importance that their customers and their histories deserve. Real stories of real customers. So we created a ‘Friendly Stories’ landing page and we asked the customers if they would share the motive of their trip. We wanted to know if any special occasion had lead to their trip, the details they will never forget about their experience in the destination they travelled to and we even went a step further asking if we could help them in making their stay an even more special occasion.
